If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete product, you may submit a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
A return or replacement request may be accepted if:
- The product arrived damaged.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product or package contents were incomplete.
An unboxing video and clear photographs of the product may be required to review your request.
Returns will not normally be accepted if:
- You changed your mind after receiving the order.
- The product was damaged after delivery.
- You did not like a randomly selected color or design where the product listing clearly mentioned random selection.
- Only the external packaging was slightly damaged but the product itself arrived complete and in working condition.
How to Request a Return
Email bubbleekids.support@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- An unboxing video, if available
Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps. Depending on the situation, an approved request may qualify for a replacement or refund.
Please do not send any product back without approval from our support team. Approved returns must be sent only to the address provided by our support team.
Return Shipping Charges
If Bubblee Kids delivered an incorrect, damaged or incomplete product, Bubblee Kids will handle the approved return or replacement delivery charges.
If a non-defective return is exceptionally approved for another reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Refunds
After an approved returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund decision.
Approved refunds will be processed through an available payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Original delivery charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged or incomplete due to our error.
